The author left no signature so I cannot give credit that is due for this exceptionally great piece. Since space in the Chronicle is limited, I picked the most important aspects to share with you.

The article begins with, “If I were given the power to take down a nation, how would I do it?”

Control the nation’s monetary system. Tax the population, incurring massive debt. Institute various handouts. Kill the unions that demand livable wages, medical benefits and pensions. Close down local industries, and ship them overseas, if workers balk at lower wages… Shut down mills, plants and shops and send them to foreign lands where labor costs are mere pennies. Import foreign workers for one third of American wages.

Move major decision making to the executive branch, using Presidential Directives and Executive Orders. Pit American workers against immigrants to keep the focus off the various trade agreements; the more hatred and chaos, the better. The people must never see these issues as pertaining to class, but rather intolerance, racism and bigotry.

Limit any real choices in voting, keeping the field limited to a two party system, where only the wealthy need apply. Both parties will be given scripted talking points so they don’t address the real issues facing Americans. Keep up the pretense of a representative democracy.

Set up a dysfunctional Department of Education to dictate to the states insane mandates, regulations and policies to dumb down the future generation. A dumb population is an easily controlled population. Mental illness centers will become a major part of education. Saturate the land with drugs till the land is awash with mind numbing, brain damaging chemicals. Name peace officers “law enforcers” and gradually militarize them. Citizens should FEAR the police, not welcome their presence.

Allow the HMOs, Pharmaceuticals and Insurance companies to destroy what was once an affordable medical system. The focus will be on profits with exotic drugs being offered in lieu of preventive medicine. Make retirement an impossibility for seniors and those with fixed incomes or pensions. Encourage them to embrace “death with dignity.”
Institute perpetual war, borrowing billions for destruction, while filling the coffers of corporate hucksters; destroy the known and familiar by scattering the security of small town America with concrete box stores, sprawl malls, fast food and appointed committees.

Waco, Ruby Ridge, school shootings, road blocks, identity theft, color coded fear days, security cameras and drug sniffing dogs will be used to cause confusion, resulting in more laws and violating the rights of a once carefree population. Limit or totally prevent information, rational discourse and debate on all sides of an issue. Corporate control of the media is a must if citizens are taught what to think – not how to think.
Trade agreements will create massive unemployment, bankrupt farms, imported food, foreclosures and homelessness.

Give away lands, roads, schools, utilities, bridges, rivers and water systems to foreign investors. Use nature preserves, parks, heritage sites, biospheres and buffer zones as collateral for trillions in debt. Keep the multitudes distracted with ball games, theme parks, shopping malls, expensive automobiles, environmental activism, OJ, Paris Hilton, pit bulls and Rosie O’Donnell.

All authority and decision making should be in the hands of corporate interests.
All this I would do if I were to destroy a nation and no one would have a clue as to the final objective. The few who do object will be labeled “conspirators, crazies, fringe, extremists, communists, un-American and traitors.” Nobody wants to be labeled “other;” not in group think, that would make that person “the turd in the punchbowl!”

The GOOD NEWS is this rescue mission is not about Ron Paul (Revere); it was and is a wake up call for us, the American people! “The British are coming; the British are coming in the form of a World Communist Government.” We must rise up to defend our Constitutional and unalienable rights.

In 1798, Thomas Jefferson declared, “In questions of power, then, let no more be heard of confidence in man, but bind him down from mischief by the chains of the Constitution.” Mischief is what we have in our government. National elected Officials and their appointed Officers criminal contempt of their oaths of office (to the Constitution) have trickled down to corrupt LOCAL County Election Supervisors throughout the American several states.

When Romney announced he was suspending his campaign because a continued fight would hinder the launch of a national campaign, intelligent listeners would have written it off as mere rhetoric. If he was stepping aside for John McCain, he would have said so.

It appears the “insiders” are silently but desperately needing to sponsor another candidate better than McCain to unite the conservative base? McCain is stumbling over himself trying to become what he is not, a conservative.

Perhaps at this late date, the insiders are planning Romney’s replacement? Major General Jerry Curry, a U.S. Army retired Major General, a veteran of 34 years of active duty, a Spirit-filled, Bible-believing Christian and a mixture of African, European and American Indian?

Think it might be too late for General Curry to enter the race?

Not according to the Presidential election of 1968. Interestingly similar, the anti-war sentiment was then the leading issue. President Lyndon Johnson found that out when anti-war candidate Senator Eugene McCarthy nearly upset him in the New Hampshire primary. His near loss triggered Robert Kennedy to announce his campaign for president then attempt to persuade McCarthy to withdraw from the race. His attempt split the anti-war movement. The race with two anti-war candidates against the incumbent was warming up when President Johnson stunned the nation by dropping out of the race. Within a month, the establishment had Hubert Humphrey declare his candidacy. He entered the race in late April 1968. When he did, he entered the race too late to enter any primaries, but he had the support of President Johnson and many Democratic insiders.

The rest of the story is history. He conveniently went on to win the nomination only after Robert Kennedy’s assassination on June 5, 1968. Although Ron Paul is on the Republican side of the campaign, he stands on a ticket Kennedy would endorse. Both of them support a non-aggression foreign policy, racial and economic justice, and decentralization of power.

The “insiders” know there is a risk their chosen one, Hillary Clinton, just may not win the Democratic primary. If the Republican contender must face Obama in the general, it will require someone other than flawed McCain to attract the imagination of the conservatives, independents and some.

As long as we can see the strategy, we know the establishment sees it too. How better for them now to sponsor a third candidate; fresh face, no baggage, and with strong leanings to the Christian right. General Jerry Curry, with Military leadership under his belt and an inherent American ancestral background to boost; Black, European and American Indian, would be a formidable opponent especially for Obama.

All of this just to keep true Patriot Ron Paul from rising up! Let’s not give up the revolution.

Because “content is king” in media and journalism, and because most local & regional newspapers and television media do not have the resources, these smaller outfits get much of their news content from larger news reporting pools - the three largest of which are The Associated Press (AP), United Press International (UPI), and Reuters.


The Associated Press’s trademark is “The Essential Global News Network” (emphasis mine). Global indeed. No sh&&t Sherlock.
If one is to “strike” at the root of the tree to complain about censorship of Ron Paul information, one needs to file specific documented complaints via emails, phone calls and /or hard copy with these larger fountains of information, in addition to your local and regional media. While the Editors are certainly the key contacts at these entities, I also recommend copying top executive management where possible.


Here is contact info for each including The Associated Press - probably the most systemic culprit of the Ron Paul censorship. This top-down appraoch to news content plays into the elitist management of “what is newsworthy” and is also why you see that censorship trickling down to your local media and then we get excuses from the local editors saying “it wasn’t our fault, we just ran with the [canned] AP or UPI wire story”.
